         • Conduct or promote activities that harm Zenith Voip, its network, customers, or others, including DDoS attacks, network flooding, or attempts to breach security measures.

         • Harvest or collect information about others, including phone numbers, without their consent.
         • Send or facilitate the sending of unsolicited bulk communications, including but not limited to SMS, or robocalls, except when meeting legal standards for call center traffic and have prior approval from Zenith Voip.
         • Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Services or the networks and systems connected to the Services.
         • Use the Services in a way that negatively impacts other customers’ ability to use the Services.
           

3. Security Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are required to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify Zenith Voip immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3.2 Network Security

Implement reasonable security measures to protect your systems, applications, and networks from unauthorized access or use. This includes, but is not limited to, using firewalls, anti-virus software, and strong, complex passwords.

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content transmitted through your use of the Services. Zenith Voip does not control or monitor the content of communications, but reserves the right to remove or block any content that violates this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violations of this AUP, you are encouraged to report them to Zenith Voip at legal@zenithvoip. Zenith Voip will investigate and may take appropriate action in accordance with this AUP.
